seeing green
A little while ago all of Montreal's fire-trucks turned green from their original red color. I thought that it was done by the city, because it was done to every single truck. Apparently it was actually done by the firefighters union in response to a memo from their boss whom they all hate. From the article:The paint incident was sparked when fire chief Alain Michaud sent firefighters letters Friday reiterating the penalties for anyone who disobeys orders or vandalizes property.
